The BPFA is a charity organisation run by volunteers who operate and maintain the facilities at Backtown including the pavilion building, surrounding grounds and sports pitches.
The organisation committee is predominantly made up of Butleigh village residents who meet regularly throughout the year to discuss the ongoing up keep of the facility. As we rely on help from volunteers we are always on the look out for more volunteers to join our group and help with the upkeep of the facility.
We financially operate with the help from the Parish Council, local and national grants, fundraising events, donations and private hire.
The BPFA also manage and upkeep the Holm Oaks play park located in the middle of the village.
